"Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line."

"Wanted to install a new plumbing valve in the utility room for a Water dispenser / ice maker / etc. Call back was quick and they were quick to schedule, fit me in the same day. Technicians were to the point, but took time to answer any questions. After a jaunt in the attic, they provided an estimate. Estimate was on the higher side, but their willingness to come out for a non-emergency job, celerity, can-do attitude, and courtesy with c-19 precautions convinced me to go with them. After returning to get parts from the local supply store, they took proper precautions for shutoff of water and completed the job quickly (a few hours). Plumbers handled my son's interest and inquiries well, and were patient while I dealt with answering my son's questions. Tested the resulting line before leaving, Cleaned up as reasonably as they could with a shop vac (fiberglass insulation from the attic/walls had strewn; I still had to come back with a full sweep afterwards with air filter and vacuum later, but for the immediate; it was nice enough), and gave me a card for future contact. The only oddity during the whole endeavor was that the technician's ladder was acting up, and showed somewhat of a safety risk when straddling to reach the ceiling corner. The second technician spotted the first; so it turned out okay, and they said it was new behavior, so I think they will be getting a new ladder when possible, but it was odd. This company is quick, respectful, direct, helpful, courteous, and followed procedure. They came to my aid when my usual plumbing company had yet to call me back with an estimate."

"Unbelievably good service from Nick’s plumbing. Called them with a sewer main blockage on a Saturday morning, they were there in less than an hour, repaired the problem quickly and at an unbelievably reasonable price. A very courteous and professional technician. Would absolutely use them again."

"This company is awesome! I had my foundation repaired so I needed a plumber to come out and make sure I had no breaks in my sewer line. Tom sent Greg a very nice and professional gentlemen showed me with a camera that my lines had no breaks then cleaned out a drain line caused by A/C slug without breaking the bank like most plumbing companies. I have finally found a plumbing company for life."

"I recently had my old water heater replaced by 100% Plumbing Houston, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called for an estimate, they were professional and transparent about the process and pricing. The technician, who arrived right on schedule, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and helping me choose the right new unit for my home. The installation itself was seamless. He worked efficiently, carefully removed the old unit, and had the new water heater installed and running in no time. He made sure to test everything and even took the time to explain the new unit's features to me. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they were. They put down coverings to protect my floors and left the work area spotless. My new water heater is working perfectly, providing plenty of hot water without any issues. I highly recommend 100% Plumbing Houston for any plumbing needs. Their team is reliable, professional"
