"I initially talked with the owner who sent an estimator out to the house. The estimator verbally stated that 2 panels would be replaced to correct 1 water damaged eave for $260. But the worker only replaced 1/3 of one panel and 2/3 of the other panel (now looks like much shorter panel than the original panels). And I had to tell worker to remove wood piece that he had added because the length was too short and he was caulking the space.  Called to talk to owner who never called.  Instead estimator called and said that he initially told me he would replaced 2 ' 2 x 2'. I insisted that he come to house to review the work and at that time he said that he told me he would replace ' a ' 2 x 2.  So I had him measure the L-shaped area. Then he responded that one side was less than 2 feet and the other side a little more than 2 feet.  He agreed to give me a discount bringing the price down to $200. I receive an invoice for $420(included additional work performed on 2nd eave & and garage side-sideboards.) I called the office to see if I could pay by phone (although the invoice did not have an invoice# on it) and the young lady said yes and told me that I owed $430 instead of $420.  I asked to speak with owner; she said that she would have him call me; but she called back it is $420. I decided to put a check in mail instead of giving my credit card number. So I will not contact them again simply because of the confusion (not a clear explanation) of the estimation."

"Great experience from start to finish. Prompt estimate of work. Crew was here bright and early every day, and worked diligently the entire day. Steve visited several times to check on progress. They caulked all seams in our board and batten siding and painted everything (siding, eaves, gutters) meticulously. They also painted the inside of my garage, helped me move the heavy stuff to the center and then move it back. The paint is absolutely perfect-razor edge corners, great coverage on all surfaces (far superior to what our builder did). I will definitely use Proline again for my interior painting.
