Their job was to do a lot of repairs on cracking mortar and for loose or missing mortar. "i would like to start off by saying, I was a little hesitant to get our foundation worked on. Our house is on the older side and I was worried what problems would arise if we had work done to it. Justin Tucker came out and let us know the foundation and sunk about 2 inches. He gave us different options and which option would be best. The ladies I talked to on the phone were very professional and friendly, she got us on the books right away and was able to work with my schedule The crew showed up first thing in the morning, we went over what they would be doing again and they got to it. They told us it would be an all day job. Around 3, the supervisor called said they were finishing up. Got to the house, he walked me through everything they did, what was adjusted and that there were no problems!! it was a wonderful experience and I'm glad we decided to go with pinnacle.
