I AM DELIGHTED!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHERE THE ARCHWAY WAS REPAIRED, AND THE FOUNDATION CORNER IS LIKE NEW!! MONTY ALSO FILLED THE RECURRING SINKHOLE WITH CONCRETE AND EVEN FIGURED OUT HOW TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PAVERS. HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE WAS WILLING TO TACKLE A TOUGH PROJECT LIKE THIS FOUNDATION CORNER. I AM TRUELY GRATEFUL. THANK YOU, MONTY!!

Monty was great! He's a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work. We actually used his services 5 years ago for a different repair, so he was first on our list to call again this time around. That alone says something. This time around we hired him to fix brick damage up the entire right side of our 1998-built house after having foundation work done. Everything about the experience was just as positive as last time. He was on-time, friendly, did great work matching the mortar and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. You'd have a very hard time spotting the repair, which is great! Bottom line: I still have zero reservations recommending Monty to friends.

Monty was outstanding. He perfectly matched the existing 60 year old mortar and you can't tell the difference where he repaired the cracks

Monty was great. He came right out and gave us an estimate and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived as promised to perform the work. The repaired section looks great! It’s difficult to tell where or if a repair was done. We will definitely call him for any masonry repair work we need done.

Monty was great. Came out within a day or two to give me a surprising low estimate, and returned a couple of days later to do the work. It was a complicated job because it involved structural elements. Monty clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. He ended up doing more than I'd asked for on his own initiative at no extra charge. My house is close to a hundred years old, so I am experienced in getting work done. I can't imagine that this work could have been done better, or cheaper by anyone else. Plus he seems like a nice guy. Hire him, you won't be sorry.

Monty arrived on time like he said he would. Started working right away. He was done by lunch time. I must say the job turned out better than I thought it would. Unless you know what to look for , you can't even tell where the garage was hit on a 40 year old home. My hate off to Monty!!!!!

Went through Arlington Handyman and Monty Woodard The Mason Mender number was given to me. He came out, I explained what happen, my area was a mess and a nightmare. He stated he could rebuild it, put in the type of mailbox we wanted that to get mail takes a key. I would hire him again in a split second. Very please, more then pleased with the work he did. God sent us the right person. Normally I get three to four estimate but something about Mr. Monty Woodard gave me a gut feeling I didn't need to call anyone else. Now I wish I had asked him about putting a brick flower bed by the mailbox. My daughter and I give thim ten stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank You Monty Woodard Cindy and Zenobia Underwood

Monty did an amazing job. When the plumber ruined our fireplace to fix a gas leak, I was worried that it would never look the same. Monty fixed it quickly and it looks great.

This review was a long time coming. Sorry Monty, because you were a life saver. He did what he said he would. We had some brick left over from when the house was built. Couldn't believe how seamless it looked.once he did his Monty magic. You couldn't tell a huge hole was ever there. We also had another area where an old intercom system was removed on our patio. Again seamless you could never tell there was once a hole there. Our neighbor was impressed with his work and hired him to add a larger security mailbox to there existing brick mail box. It looks awesome. Thanks Money glad we found you.

I called Monty the day the mailbox was hit. He came out that same day and removed the mess left from the impact. He cleaned the area completely. He went to find matching brick for the replacement. His work is excellent and we are very pleased with the job he did. Monty is very professional and does quality work. He rebuilt the mailbox and attached planter box and it looks great! Fast response, quality work, professional and he is a really nice guy! I will call him first for any and all future jobs I need done.

Went very well... Called Monty and he went by the next day and left an estimate... Sent it to the insurance co and got it approved... A couple of days later he installed a new pad and did the brick work the next day, all according to the schedule he told me... It had/has a larger rural mailbox for packages, so the entire brick mailbox enclosure is pretty large... He matched the brick with the old 'antique chicago brick' ... They matched the brick, cleaned up the mess from the accident and the mailbox looks great... They did quality work on schedule and I would highly recommend Mason Mender... Kevin

Monty did amazing work. He was fast and did a beautiful job repairing our mortar, which is 55 years old and took him a mixture of four different other mortars to get the color right. He grinded the old mortar out, then replaced it, then "aged" it with a mixture of dirt after he was done to make it truly blend and match. He showed up every morning early and got started before I even woke up because he was determined to get the house done before we listed it for sale. He also fixed two other issues that I had not even mentioned in the initial estimate, and did not ask for extra payment. On top of that, he is one of the most friendly people I have ever met and is very easy to talk to and get along with. I was beyond impressed and cannot recommend him enough. He is the best hire I have ever made off Angie's List. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful and seamlessly matching repairs to cracked grout lines. Two brick arches repaired. Gaps filled and exposed rebar covered. Monty creatively solved several areas where brick rows were offset horizontally. A beautiful job of a challenging repair. He successfully obtained replacement bricks to match our obsolete broken exterior bricks.

Monty started about 8:00 a.m. and completed everything by 12:00 noon. Very meticulous and thorough in all work. I am very satisfied with the work done and the price. I will certainly use his services again if needed, and will refer him to my friends and family.

He was prompt in returning my initial call, and kept me updated from inspection throughout the job. His work and personality are professional. He went beyond what I requested and repaired additional areas he could see needed attention. The final results are better than I expected. I am happy with the work and will use him again.
