James was so professional, honest, and took his time to check out all the work to be done and to answer any questions I had. He was reassuring and thorough. Their job was to do a lot of repairs on cracking mortar and for loose or missing mortar. They came over on a late Thursday afternoon to dig the trench and we're at my house Friday morning before I left for work at 7am and we're finished by 11.30 am.
