My house had quite a few cracks throughout the living room. I hired Firm Foundation to do the work. They put in 10 steel piers under my house. The guys worked constantly for nearly 8 hours, cleaned up afterwards, and replanted 2 trees and a bush. Very pleased with the work they did. I would highly recommend this company.

FIRM came out and repaired the pier and beam foundation at my home and did a great job. They were punctual and even finished the job early. I am very pleased with the result.

I asked for bids from seven different foundation repair companies. There are a ton of foundation repair companies out there that are shady. They will try to sell you things you do not need. This bid followed the engineering report and was very straight forward. It was not the lowest bid, nor was it the highest bid. It was the bid that was most comprehensive, professional and complete. The team from Firm Foundation showed up on time and completed the job within two days. They did an OUTSTANDING job! Iâ ve seen other homes in my neighborhood get foundation repairs and the after effects remain for months. Firm Foundation did an excellent job putting things back to normal. Ryan was a true pro, compassionate to the situation and great at following up. I HIGHLY recommend their work.

I was impressed with Mason when he came out. He is a true professional. His crew arrive on time and finished the project in one day. The work was stellar - his crew was courteous and went the extra mile to correct our drainage issue. The results far exceeded my expectations - their attention to details is fantastic. I hired Mason and his Firm Foundation company to install a water drainage system at my mother's 50-year-old home. Over the last few years, heavy rains would pool on the patio and through the patio door, causing minor indoor flooding each time. After a faulty foundation was ruled out, Mason discovered that the backyard trees had pushed on the earth and created slopes, so a drainage system was suggested and that's what we ended up installing. I thought that at the very least the system would look unsightly and out of place, but the skillful construction made it appear that the drainage system has been there since the beginning. I'm glad to finally fix a problem that had been plaguing us for the better part of three years, and the bid came in MUCH cheaper than what was quoted by the plumber.

The workers finished in 1 day. They stayed late to finish the work. I so appreciate their professionalism and hat work, 200% satisfied.

If you need Foundation Repair - I cannot recommend Firm Foundation Repair enough! Mason Birdwell and his crew did an AMAZING job! We reached out to several companies to do the repairs and the prices were about 16K to 20K+. We also got back so many different variations in what companies wanted to do - that we finally hired an Independent Engineer to do the Engineering Report and Drawings <Sandeep Nallagula, P.E - [email protected]> and decided to determine our bids on that singular report. We contacted James Mason Birdwell @ Firm Foundation Repair <www.firmfoundationdfw.com / [email protected] / 972-639-3790> and he gave us an INCREDIBLY competitive bid for 26 Exterior Piers, 9 Exterior Concrete Breakouts, 5 Interior Piers, Post-job Engineer Report, Post-job Plumbing Test, & Lifetime Transferable Warranty. He was also going to be able to come out during a timeframe that worked for us and was exceptionally responsive. Also note he is a registered contractor with the City of Carrollton as required and was issued a permit for the work. His crew came out on Jan 10th and started the work. They were amazing and efficient. We had two plumbing issues (~ $450) that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction (we could have gotten a plumber, or they would call one - we let them use who they were familiar with). They wrapped up the work on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 by 4:10 PM. You can see from the pictures they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They got rid of the excess dirt from all the digging they had to do. IMO, they left my yard looking BETTER than it did BEFORE they started. They also took care of filling in cracks we had/or occurred in our bricks and other outdoor areas. Do not let lack of reviews deter you. When I did my research there were only five reviews available. I was concerned about this; however, additional research revealed his previous employer and glowing reviews regarding his work by other customers.

Firm Foundation did a wonderful job. The floor of our 60 year old pier and beam has never get better. They took photos underneath the house so that we didnâ t have to, which I greatly appreciated and they left their workspace neat and tidy.
