James was so professional, honest, and took his time to check out all the work to be done and to answer any questions I had. He was reassuring and thorough. Their job was to do a lot of repairs on cracking mortar and for loose or missing mortar. When the work was done, I had a hard time finding where I had needed the repair work because James was so precise in matching the color. The crew did an amazing job, very skilled. We elected to go with concrete piers. Heath and Katie were excellent at communicating the process and performing the work when they said they would. They were even able to save some of our plants. They came over on a late Thursday afternoon to dig the trench and we're at my house Friday morning before I left for work at 7am and we're finished by 11.30 am. It looks beautiful and surpassed my expectations. Definitely will use them again for my deck replacement. Also they were really reasonable.
