"We are having an issue with the concrete footing of a pier and beam foundation on a house that is over 87 years old. I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair and requested an inspection of our foundation. Chad arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. We walked through the house and we discussed areas where the floors were slightly sloping and the two small hairline cracks in our hallway ceiling. Chad gave an honest opinion as to whether or not these issues needed addressing and the problems that might arise from fixing them. It was decided that the small issue of the minor foundation problems were not a problem and could be left alone unless something changed. 
The larger issue and the reason I contacted Accurate Foundation Repair was due to the concrete footing along one side of the house. It appears to be bowing out and causing the wood to separate from the frame. Chad looked over the area and determined that the issue would require a structural engineer to inspect. Chad was honest and up front with me and told me that he would not be able to fix the problem with the structure. He provided me with names of  engineers to contact.

"If you need Foundation Repair - I cannot recommend Firm Foundation Repair enough! Mason Birdwell and his crew did an AMAZING job! We reached out to several companies to do the repairs and the prices were about 16K to 20K+. We also got back so many different variations in what companies wanted to do - that we finally hired an Independent Engineer to do the Engineering Report and Drawings <Sandeep Nallagula, P.E - [email protected]> and decided to determine our bids on that singular report. We contacted James Mason Birdwell @ Firm Foundation Repair <www.firmfoundationdfw.com / [email protected] / 972-639-3790> and he gave us an INCREDIBLY competitive bid for 26 Exterior Piers, 9 Exterior Concrete Breakouts, 5 Interior Piers, Post-job Engineer Report, Post-job Plumbing Test, & Lifetime Transferable Warranty. He was also going to be able to come out during a timeframe that worked for us and was exceptionally responsive. Also note he is a registered contractor with the City of Carrollton as required and was issued a permit for the work. His crew came out on Jan 10th and started the work. They were amazing and efficient. We had two plumbing issues (~ $450) that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction (we could have gotten a plumber, or they would call one - we let them use who they were familiar with). They wrapped up the work on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 by 4:10 PM. You can see from the pictures they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They got rid of the excess dirt from all the digging they had to do. IMO, they left my yard looking BETTER than it did BEFORE they started. They also took care of filling in cracks we had/or occurred in our bricks and other outdoor areas. Do not let lack of reviews deter you. When I did my research there were only five reviews available. I was concerned about this; however, additional research revealed his previous employer and glowing reviews regarding his work by other customers."

"I spent months getting multiple estimates for my home foundation. I had some relatively sudden movement due to poor soil, erosion and drainage. The problem attracted as many different solutions to fixing as the number of companies that came out to assess it. Then I called TX Foundation experts. Ben came out and gave me an honest assessment. He addressed the problem areas and gave me my options in plain english (so to speak). The price he quoted me blew me away. Not because they are cheap but because he/they didn’t want to add unnecessary work and cost to fixing the problem. They came on the scheduled day to perform the work and banged it out with one of the most professional crews I’ve ever worked with. They lifted my house, stabilized it and performed all clean up and accessory work beyond my expectation. I am super happy with the results! "This is an amazing company. Juan is awesome to work with. They did the foundation repairs, gutters and irrigation system on my home and were very, very professional and thorough. All of the workers were so very kind and helpful. They did amazing work and fixed all the issues. They even came out and repaired a slice in the irrigation hose that I think my lawn guy cut by accident at no charge weeks after the install. Most of all I really appreciate the HONESTY.
