"Hire this company. I have a husband who can do everything around the home, yet it never gets done. We've needed attic insulation for a while. I did my due diligence with different companies on Angi's list and by simple google searches. Every other company who contacted me and came for an estimate tried to cheat me. Once David came for his estimate, I was a little beat down and almost canceled him. When he came in at such a better price than everyone else, I put the previous bids in front of him to help me understand. He spent time explaining to me why all the other expenses weren't justified. He was very patient and kind and considerate with me. The installers came on time. They worked exactly the amount of time estimated. "I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

I had pest control guy tell me my attic insulation had to be replaced. The rep, Guy, told me that wasn't what I needed. He told me that replacement the attic insulation would not solve my rats.
