"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "We are nearly 1 year from when we contracted with Brian for our 30x24 back deck. The deck was partially finished June 2023, with half the deck getting 1 coat and the other half getting 2 coats. Needless to say it’s two different colors and not in a good way. There are several construction issues (gates sagging / boards popping / spindles too long / stairs not supported and sagging). We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
