This Old House Remodeling

John was always prompt to meet with us. His team did outstanding work. Very professional. Work was done within quoted estimate.

I  did not want an addition that looked like it had been stuck onto the original house , as an after thought. I wanted it to blend in with the original part of the house. 
Bud was VERY patient with me, as I really did not know what I could afford until after three sets of drawings by him. . 
The work went fast after it got started and even though there  were a few mistakes, they were corrected in a timely, friendly manner.
The finished room is lovely and was done as I had requested. 
Bud offered good advise and that helped make the finished room even better.
They let me use my own Heat and air guy and my own painter inside and out.  
I will use them again if I can. 
The price was a little high, but I believe it was in line with other general contactor/ remoding companies.  
i am very well please with the service, the knowledge and that he listened to me about what I wanted.

John Simmons helped lead me through this project.  When I didn't know how to choose from all of the options, he made suggestions regarding
colors and materials. He has a great sense of design and style...especially with older architecture.

All workers were competent and knowledgeable. Workers showed up on time and left work area clean at end of work day. Tile installers were detailed oriented and did an outstanding job. All problems and changes were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

It worked out very well and they did a very good job. 

Did excellent. Will be using for future use.

This was my first home remodeling experience and I was very happy with the results both times.  They did a complete remodel of my kitchen, added a front porch, large back porch/patio, added a utility room, bathroom, walk-in closet, driveway, carport and garage.  John Simmosn was very easy to work with, had capable sub-contractors, and was a hands-on supervisor.  He used the ideas I had in my head and proceeded to bring those ideas to fruition without any architectural drawings.  I was never required to provide any funds until the work had been completed to my satisfaction.
The third time I used this company was for $18,000 in repairs after a tree fell on my house during Hurricane Rita.  They worked with the insurance company to make sure all repairs were completed properl and in a timely manner.  I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company to anyone.

Only 2 skylights were available in this area and theirs seemed to be a better quality one with more light, so actually I chose them because of the product they were selling. Price was average for that type of work here. I had some problem with the installation folks. I would not use them again.

John came in and listened to everything we wanted to do and was quick and able to adapt to any changes that we made. He was happy to make suggestions and provided quality, professional, trust worthy people to work in our home. I will call him again for our next project. Our kitchen is beautiful.,

Tthey came out to meet with us, my wife told them she wanted.  They had some pretty good suggestions and have apparently been doing it for quite a while.  They came back with some plans and an estimate.  We basically gutted the kitchen and went back in with drawers on rollers and nice granite counter tops and walnut upper cabinets, it was really pretty.  It went well, they were very professional, they kept the job clean and we have strange schedules so they were okay with coming at 9:30am instead of 8a.m.  I was very satisfied.  There were some people that were cheaper and we could tell we weren't going to get the same quality.  I'd use them again and recommend them to my mother.
