Careless and then stubborn. Deal will likely fall through. Poor comparisons including 1 sale from 1+ year ago in The Woodlands. Buyer, lender, seller, agents... Everyone disagrees with appraised value and comparisons. Delayed process and decision making. Everyone else was willing to compromise, but not with the amount appraised because it is too far off. Lendor needs to get another appraisal.

Just what I needed!

Called these people on 04/13 and spoke to someone they took my number and someone else called back to get the rest of the info. I was told they would get me set up with an appointment sometime the week of the 04/13, so I waited until Thursday and still had not heard from anyone. I then called back again and spoke with Kim who was a bit rude and said she was working on it that day and Friday I would hear from her. But Friday came and went still no appointment. I still can not figure out why it would take a week to set up an appointment. I would think if you are running the company correctly it could be done in a minute by checking the calendar. So I do not trust them since they lied to me.

The appraisers gave me a quote prior to performing the appraisal. They arrived on time and performed the evaluation quickly. Very professional and friendly. We received the appraisal report in 4 days as promised. Highly recommend.

Not really worth it, get a full blown realty appraisal, or full inspection.

Called and they were able to come out within the next couple of days. Needed them to perform a measurement appraisal in order to fight the incorrect square footage that the appraisal district had on my property. Using the report they supplied I was able to get the appraisal district to make the corrections and lower my district's value of my property in turn lowering my property taxes. Recommend to everyone to have them check the accuracy of the square footage the appraisal district is showing and use a service like Bowden's to get the information needed to get it corrected.

Very responsive and professional. They even had two separate appraisers involved to be thorough.

I have to call them to schedule appointment. Appraiser showed up on time. He is polite and professional. Cost is on the high side but it maybe the standard price. I do not have other quotes to compare.
