The clearing and drainage was done virtually immediately. The guy came out the next day and within a week I had a quote and the clearing was done. They then came back right after that and fixed the drainage problem. We just had a big storm and my carport stayed completely dry. I added some other drainage on the other side and now the house drains perfectly. They have been great to work with. They were professional and honest. They said that they usually take 40% deposit, but that is for large jobs and mine was rather small. I also asked him if the quote was a firm price and he said it was, so that was nice.

Landscaping
Great and very unique design , plant selection and installation. It looks like the plants have been there for years. They blend in with our east texas surroundings well. Very nice to deal with.
