The men who did my carpet installation were very courteous and mindful of my home decorations. They took everything apart, removed my old flooring, installed new carpet and put my rooms back together and I never had to lift a finger :-) they made sure that I was satisfied with the job before they left and then the sales manager followed up a few days later to make sure that I was pleased. My home smells brand new!

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with this project. Larry did an excellent job installing the floors. He had helpful ideas and cleared everything with me before doing something that I might have had questions about. I would heartily recommend Whitehouse to anyone interested in getting wood floors. Lots of discussion on how to prepare a screen enclosed aggrigate patio for porcelin tile and some back and forth on the price but in the end, the installer, John prevailed and prepared the aggrigate surface properly and did a fine job of installation. The workmanship was terrific and the problems with Whitehouse Floors and More were lack of experience in this type of prepartion. Overall, great job and very happy with end result
