Great services!

Rusty and his assistant came to our home and I explained the problem with our air handler and drain pan. Air Advisor (AA) diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution and the estimate for repairs was fair and honest. The work was scheduled and completed the next day. AA is professional and respectful of our home and understood my frustration with these so called home warranty companies (Choice Home Warranty), which I had terminated our contract a few months earlier. Reason being, the home warranty companies sent less then skilled, qualified or professional technicians to your home to make repairs. Yet, they don't stand behind the work that is done and cut corners or fail to make repairs according to state codes. AA and Rusty fixed the problem and I only with I had used them to install my AC condenser and air handler a year ago Thank you AA for fixing what Choice Home Warranty refused to fix and I would highly recommend AA to anyone with an HVAC problem,. Leave the home warranty companies alone as they are not working on your behalf and take control of who you allow in your home.

Air Adviser came to the rescue when my house’s A/C was struggling to cool my home during the summer heat. Tyler was very prompt and professional, had my system back up and working much better. I plan on using them during the Spring to repair old ductwork in my attic.

We got bids for a new full system from 4 different companies, and it was an easy choice to go with Air Advisor. The owner himself (Rusty) came out to give us the bid. He was the only one who actually listened to me and gave us options that worked for us. We ended up getting a 4-ton Lennox system and it has performed great since it was installed. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and had the job done in a little over 3 hours. Old system gone, new system running in that time. They cleaned up before they left and were professional throughout the process. We got the best price and a great experience with Air Advisor. I would definitely recommend them.

Timely and professional. As to pricing I donâ t have a clue. When the AC is down on a Tenant property I donâ t wait for 3 bids.

Our ac was out and the temp was going to be 105 that day. We needed it fixed immediately. The person who called me said they were already booked for 2 jobs, but could be there by 4. Then she called me back and said she was able to move us up to 1-2 pm slot. Then called me at a little before noon and said they were on their way. They analyzed the problem and did the install and had the air going by about 3:30. I loved that they stayed in touch with updates and made sure that our emergency was handled same day. They were courteous and professional and very competent. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I had a flat fee agreement on the phone with Air Advisors, to replace a condenser motor that I was providing the Same service was provided 4 months ago. When they arrived at the house, Rusty, the Owner, looks around and says he now has to charge me a Trip Fee. I was already paying more than plenty for the service I had requested. My first inclination was to tell them to take a hike but I had to get the A/C repaired before the big holiday weekend, so I paid the gouging fee. If you decide to hire this company watch out for Rusty unexpected added fees once he gets on site. Also be sure to get your quoted price in writing before they get on site. This is the second time that I have used this company for HVAC service and found them through Home Advisor. Their Service has been very good, responsive and the technical work they have done has been very good.

This team handled our service request with professionalism and a sense of urgency. Initially when they repaired the pipe thinking this is what caused the leaking. A couple of hours later I noticed the air conditioning was still leaking. I called back and an hour later they sent a tech over to fix the issue. Both gentlemen were super professional, and the last tech thoroughly walked us through the causes and prevention methods for the future. Since this experience I have passed their information on to several of my friends and associates.

They replaced my furnace and other attic equipment. They did a great job, and the price was right.

Arrive on time and completed the furnace inspection. Rusty was very informative about a future cleaning of the flame sensors but didn't push to have it done at the present time.
