"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "The IT Teck, Lance from Excellence IT, arrived as scheduled and was able to resolve serveral issues I had experienced in upgrading my laptop to MicroSoft 365. He also ran a check of my operating systems and made serveral changes to improve my computers operation. After leaving I had a question as I begin using the installed systems and he was able to respond and help in getting a couple of issues resolved over the phone.
