Both the office staff and installers were extremely professional and courteous. The installers were very good about explaining everything…how the equipment worked and how to maintain it. The plumber said the one installed 6 months earlier during her remodel was junk. He quoted $800 to replace it. I went over and looking under the sink the collar was just loosened. Took me 20 seconds to fix it. Elderly beware!!! Recently they charged her $3k for an unnecessary clean out install. Shame on us for calling them back out."
