"The service from Five Star Steamer is highly recommended by my husband and me. Randy was very professional and said he would attempt to remove some stains on my new carpet that were deeply soiled. We had two other carpet companies come out before Five Star and they were unsuccessful in removing the stains. Randy at Five Star removed the stains and we are very happy with the results. He was on time and did a great job!"

"They came right on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. Their cleaning was good to very good. They missed a few places here and there that rather surprised me as they were pretty obvious places to clean, eg. the TV and shelves around it, top of bookcase that is right at eye level, side of end table that had some big cobwebs on it. Other places they did a great job, eg., cleaning a vase of silk flowers so that they looked brand new and the bathroom counters fairly gleamed. Overall I was pleased and would use them again.
