"I did a lot of research on plumbers and out of the half dozen plumbing companies with the best overall ratings TX Quality Plumbing not only the highest rating, but they were the least expensive as well.  They showed up on time and immediately got to work.  It took them about 5 hours to complete the job.  The guys were very professional and friendly.  After they inspected everything the head plumber told me that he was concerned about my pipes (galvanized and over 40 years old) and that they will eventually need to be replaced.  He was especially concerned with the piping that comes out of the water heater and if nothing else I should replace those for now.  I agreed and they came back out the next day and replaced the pipes.  So for replacing my 50 gal water heater, replacing two pipe, several feet each, running a new drain line from the attic to the outside cost me $1,600.  Even with the extra unexpected cost they still beat everyone else's price for just the water heater replacement.  They also gave me a ballpark estimation on how much it would cost me to replace all my pipes based on 3 1/2 bath house and the price they quoted me was so much less then what I was expecting based on other peoples horror stories.  I will be using them for that big job as well!!

A price was quoted and I approved the work. There were multiple issues with the toilet mounting and Troy repaired them all without an increase in the quote. "I received the referral from Fergusons near FM 2920.  Followed that up with reviews from Angies List.  Granite countertops/vanities were being installed on a specific date (which got moved up) and I needed a plumber to install sinks, faucets and replace valves on at least one of the vanities so that we had one working bathroom. They also installed two new toilets.   Click's was unable to put me on the schedule, but they referred me to a couple of other plumbers.  I called and used Fred with Payless Plumbing.  They did an excellent job.  They were very professional in that they provided me with a pre-printed rate sheet of exactly how much each item would cost to install (parts and labor, separate).  Thank you to Clicks for the referral.  I called several plumbers before Clicks and half did not even call me back.
