"Let me tell you, if you want friendly, reasonable/fair priced AND professional plumber, this should be your go-to call! They helped locate and fix 9 leaks in my home, due to freezing pipes, in a matter of 1/2 a day. "Five stars for FloorItToday (FIT)!!! I have FIT remodeled my entire master standing shower for a rental home. Bassam with FIT was highly responsive, professional and courteous in working with me throughout my project, from scheduling the estimate and installers, to following up to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. From the beginning, Bassam even traveled across town to my place, arrived right on time, to work with me on the design and material selection. The workers were punctual and did a quality job. As he was finishing up the job, I had a different issue in another bathroom of the same house. The toilet in that bathroom sprang a leak due to a broken drain under the toilet. They identified and corrected the issue fast, which prevented further damage, and save me a lot of money! More issues occurred after that, the same toilet water would not stop running after each flush. The worker came back and replaced different parts inside the toilet with no extra charge. Thank you so much, Bassam!
There was a small misunderstanding with one of the appointments because of all the back-and-forth text communications between Bassam, myself, and the tenant. Bassam were immediately apologetic and called the tenant immediately to resolve the issue. Bassam was excellent in valuing my time and am impressed with how he handled issues and resolved problems quickly. Thank you for a great job -- I love the finished work of the bathroom and I am impressed with the workmanship quality of the tradesmen and the company's professionalism.
