"Terribly. I accidentally left the remote on the counter when I dropped off the tv. I called to alert them and got scolded 3 times for my mistake. The man even said “how do I know this is your remote?”. He was extremely rude. The tech called me to say the problem was my power cord and it would be $200. I balked at that and he changed the price to $125. I ordered a new cord from Samsung for a little under $10. I feel they tried to cheat me. I drove further and paid more for the evaluation because of your recommendation. I would use Angie’s list again, but not KO electronics"
