They came in and took the old granite. They were on time. They were very clean. They did a good job and they were efficient.

Although the project start was delayed due to Mark's cabinet supplier delay, we love the renovation of our kitchen that Mark and his crew did for us just before Christmas 2020. We got all new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplashes and major appliances. The renovation went quickly, since we were not changing the floor plan. The crew was courteous, professional, and cleaned up after themselves each day. The price was reasonable and came in as quoted. We wholeheartedly recommend Up To Date Renovations and would consider them for any future renovations that we may have.

We have used Mark and his crew several times. The first time we worked with Mark he remodeled our master bath. He took out a garden tub, installed custom cabinets, tiled and built a beautiful open dual spray shower. We loved every detail. We moved into a new house right when Covid hit. When we were able we had Mark come repair ceiling damage, paint the interior and turn a boring cabinet nook into a dry bar with built in lighting and wine fridge. He also retiled part of our kitchen backsplash, installed a new oven range hood which required retrofitting parts to match our cabinets. He was able to match our existing cabinets exactly. His attention to detail and his daily check ins with us and his crew kept things timely, on budget and gave us perfect results! Thanks Mark and Up to Date Renovations.
