Water Heater Installation and Replacement
They were extremely friendly. Very quick install. And came on time after driving 80 miles from Dallas. They were friendly to our dogs and Parrot talking to each of them to make them comfortable with strangers in the house.I recommend them highly.

Charges for this type of work were extremely high fixtures were just slightly leaking and needed a tightening and the price was $550 with a $50 discount making it $499. I will not use them again for simple projects like this Repairman needed less than 1/2 hour to complete the minor repairs. I will contact an independent repairman for future project of this type. I have found their charges for large repairs like blocked sores, etc. to be unexpected cost but simple projects. They are extremely overpriced.

The first time I called it was Easter Sunday and we had a leak in our garage which we thought was the water heater. Rescue rooter came, it was not the water heater but a copper pipe behind the water heater. They removed the water heater, fix the copper pipe, and put the water heater back. The second time was for a leaking toilet. Both times they were punctual, texted when they were on their way, performed the work in a timely fashion and the technicians were great. Whenever we have a plumbing problem we will definitely call rescue rooter!
