hello Please do not buy warranty from them. They tell you it covers everything and when you need them Advent service will tell you this part does not covers. I bought 10 year warranty from this company on my new house system. At that time they told me warranty covers everything unless its struck by lighting or ants eat wires. My ac unit stop working so i called advent and Ashlyn verified i have extended warranty and it will cover parts and labor but i have to diagnostic fees $80, which does not make sense but I paid. Now they want $400 for labor and parts, Ashlyn cant tell me why warranty does not cover parts and labor. Also dont give your credit card they will charge whatever they want. I am calling my credit card for fraudulent charges.

Came in at a great price. They suggested we take advantage of 0% financing which we did. The crew including Sara were just great. Very courteous and friendly. They finished in the time frame estimated and the new unit works great. I would highly recommend them.

The Air Conditioning fan failed on the first hot day of the year - it was 96 degrees in the shade. Advent came out and determined that the fan motor had failed and that the condenser might be fried without the cooling effect of the fan. They suggested it might make more sense to replace the unit than repair an old one. A comfort advisor came out and did a very thorough analysis of what replacement unit we would need. As we were in stay at home mode because of the Covid-19 problem, we were reluctant to have a sales advisor come into our home. Sara arrived with a mask and gloves on and also brought in air purifier which would knock down any virus on a surface or in the air by contact. We were relieved that she came so prepared recognizing the concern about the virus. She did a thorough evaluation of our needs and prepared four proposals to replace our failed unit. Very professional and very well done. Note: we hired Advent to replace the builder installed units in 2008 and were very impressed at that time that they were able to recommend units that were what each segment of the home required. Service since then has been excellent, so we were interested in having an Advent solution. We ended up repairing the condenser unit rather than replacing it.

In the infamous words of the president, Mike Douglas of Advent Air, “Quality does not just happen, quality is a choice made by our attitude of pride and caring. We must strive for excellence to truly obtain quality.” Unfortunately the quality of which he speaks apparently does not flow into customer service. The workmanship is okay, but the charges associated with being here are sooo overcharged. We have been a customer of AA for more than 7 years and unfortunately we fall prey to their excessive charges. Every time our maintenance agreement ends we end up paying about $75 a minute for repairs. I am not kidding. Our service guy shows up and 4 minutes later is done replacing a wire that a critter chewed on and we owe $218. Or this week a capacitor went bad on the compressor and we had to pay $239 for the technician's 3 minutes of work. I have called AA to speak with the manager, director or even president and each time they tell me someone will call but it's been 5 days and no one cares enough that a repeat customer with a complaint is worth talking to. They leave you with paperwork that says "with our compliments, here is a check for $25 to use towards your next service" but they don't actually leave the check. Then when you want to use it the next time, they say "Do you have the number on the check?" and of course with no check - no discount. We are extremely unhappy with the customer service we have received. Unfortunately, we have another new A/C system installed by Advent Air so we are stuck having to use them should something arise where warranty work would be an issue. ARGH!!!! Ask questions before you book; be prepared to never get answers when you need them. There is no accountability in the office staff.

I was totally amazed at the value I paid for the unit as well as the performance. I have never had a better installation by any contractor. I would highly recommend Advent Air to everyone who needs air conditioning help.

We found the company's rep to be very timely and professional. He went over all his calculations and presented us with a package that included 4 options for our system replacement. We discussed all 4 options and were able to chose a better unit than expected system due to their rebate from the manufacturer and the o% financing offered. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Advent Air did a very good job on replacing our air conditioner, furnace, and air ducts. Jeff Sutherland came out and spent several hours evaluating and proposing a new system for our house and was very pleasant to work with. The installation went well and we are very pleased with the results.

My wife and I were put in contact with Advent Air through a program at Sam's Club. We had been contemplating having our duct work replaced and possibly our entire system due to the previous owner's smoking for 20 years, and obvious 'southern engineering' of the system. The last contractor we had gotten a quote from had been a fast talking, fly by night operation that nearly ripped us off. Imagine our surprise, when Cris McCown showed up, and put us at ease with his professionalism and expertise. This guy went so far as to wear shoe covers in the house at all times, and answered all of our questions with no hesitation. Cris was able to provide an in depth and comprehensive recommendation of the work needed and cost break down before he left. To be honest, even though we were impressed, the price was quite a bit more than we had hoped for. Cris followed up with us in a couple weeks, but was never pushy or obnoxious. As a couple months came and went, we decided we needed to get the work done despite not having had a chance to get more bids. The follow up bid on work was just as extensive and included the latest specials and promotions on price. Our rep even did the leg work in helping us secure excellent financing for the job. The techs called an hour or so before arriving and did an excellent job. The entire duct work, system installation, and cleanup was started at 10am and finished by 5pm the same day. The techs were friendly, spoke English, answered all our questions, and worked their tails off. When the city inspector came by a few days later, he had nothing but high praise for the quality of the job done. From the initial consultation, installation, and final follow up, these guys were awesome. Thanks Advent, and we'll definitely recommend you to everyone we know.

Really disappointed in their Customer Service. My air conditioner has been a problem off and on for a few years and it has been patched. Last night, it finally died and is beyond repair, so I gave Advent a call. My warranty is less than a month expired and they are not willing to discuss a discount or coverage or anything. I know it is expired but no consideration of pain and suffering (and cost). This system has been a pain for awhile but I know I won't be having Advent install a new one.

Perfect. Highly professional. Knowledgeable.

On price, they were very competitive. One thing about pricing is, i'm a believer in you get what you pay for. They were not the cheapest, they were not the most expensive. But they were fair. I have somewhat of a background in the field, so watching what they were doing in how they did their work - very well done. On communication, excellent. They have a great system set up. They stick to their commitment. They notify you a half hour or so before coming out. A driver or technician will call you to say they are on my way. Well done. All of their technicians are certified, so that's a big plus.

They did a great job, and they did follow up. If we had any problems, they came out to fix them quickly. The worker that came out to look at the job and give the estimate was excellent at explaining exactly what needed to be done, and he was very professional.

This is a year contract fee of $500.

Praimesh Ganesh is an employee we have dealt with several times; he is great! Arrives on time and notifies us of any delays; soft-spoken, takes off his shoes entering the house, gets right to work and is very knowledgeable. Overall, Advent personnel have been courteous, professional, thorough in their work and very helpful advising us what to do as homeowners. We highly recommend them.

They are always responsive and professional. Thomas and Praimesh are the technicians we normally have and they are excellent. The office staff is also excellent. I highly recommend this company
