He told me he would put a trim but his nail guns wasn't working right so now there are some holes on the trim that I need to fix. He did put some stuff on the wall to fix it but he didn't finish it so now I have to texture and paint it or have somebody do it. We talked, he told me he didn't wanna do the other one anyways so we negotiated on the price this morning and I paid him that much money then he left.

Jon removed the storm door, replaced the trim and brick molding and caulked and painted the trim. He also replaced the external outlet. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He was clear about how he estimated his time and would go about the work, he made trips to the hardware store and used some of my existing paint. I felt his pricing was fair, and I will be calling him back out to help with more repairs. He has already quoted repainting and caulking our gable vent and garage door and trim.

He arrived on time. He talked me through the process, and the whole time, I didn't feel worried. He for me on May 16, 2019, he charged 75/hr for a 2 hour minimum, which I thought was fair. I bought all the parts which made me confident there was no markup. When we hit a snag in the process, we discussed it and I ran to Lowes to get the part. I did this twice, but I'm glad I did because I didn't know how bad it was leaking or broken. There was no way to know without spending time in there. He also advised me on other projects and helped me with some weather stripping on the door. Since he was here, it really made it easy on me. I would absolutely use him again.

Extremely well. I emailed him from work to ask if he worked in our area and when he'd be available to hang ceiling fans. He immediately responded and was out the next morning. he hung up both fans and even fixed our front door all for an awesome price. Definitely hiring him again (and very soon) to put up a chandelier.

Jon is fantastic. He replaced 2 ceiling fans and also talked about other work we will be needing. He definitely takes pride in his work and provides the service you need and is very reasonable. Jon was able to come out the day after we called. We will be bringing him back for all our home improvement needs.

Arrived first thing in the morning as promised and worked diligently until the project was complete. We were in a bit of a bind because it was a few days before Christmas in the heavy winds blew our fence over. He responded quickly and had the fence fixed in a few hours. He didn't excellent job and we will definitely use him for future handyman jobs. We couldn't be happier.

John was great!! My elderly father met him at my house. John was very professional and also let my dad assist him, which was a true act of kindness. John did all his work in a timely fashion and was also honest with me in regards to projects that would be better suited for someone else. I will most definitely use him again.

We called Jon and scheduled a time with him for a quote. He came by when he said he would and took a look at what was on our list. He noticed some things that we had forgotten to tell him about so we added those to the list of repairs. I'm very happy about that because they needed to be done. It is appreciated that he took a thorough look. We accepted the quote and we scheduled a day for him to start repairs that was convenient for us. He was very accommodating. He said it would take about a 1 1 /2 days to finish the work. The day Jon came to do the repairs he was prompt and called us to let us know when he was on his way. He obtained all needed parts. He did most of the work the first day here. The ground needed to dry out in order for the fence to be repaired and he returned the following week to finish the work. Repairs were well done and he did everything he said he would along with a few extra things without charge us extra. He cleaned up after himself. Jon was courteous, friendly, and mindful of our pets.
I will hire Jon as needed in the future and recommend him to others.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Jon came out to evaluate the jobs and worked around my schedule. Jon called the day before to confirm and showed up promptly. He communicates well and conducted himself professionally. He took his time and made sure the jobs were done right. Very reasonable priced. Jon exceeded my expectations. Excellent from start to finish. He stated before arriving that he would evaluate the job once seen to see if he could do what was required to eliminate any risk of dissatisfaction. He evaluated the problem by removing an appliance and skillfully supported the counter so future failure was greatly reduced. Epoxied the seal in both the joint and the sink. Allowed me to chose a matching grout to go with my stone backsplash which looks great. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. There were no nasty surprises when it came to paying the bill which was very fair. I am not always easy to please since I expect the job to be done at least as well as I could do myself. Its amazing to me how many times that has not been achieved. But Jon exceeded my expectations. Will definitely use him again!

Squirrels had damaged wiring above the front porch. Anytime I tried to turn on the porch light it would trip the circuit breaker. Jon fixed the problem.

He talked down to my wife like she didn't know anything and he didn't want her in the room while he was working. He had to go get parts but wouldn't leave a receipt of the parts he bought at Home Depot even though he billed us for the parts. Overall it took about four hours to complete. The job itself was okay. He had to extend the gas line and he should have made it at more of a right angle along the wall so the oven could be pushed back further but he didn't.

"This review was written over four months after I had completed the work. I never interacted with the reviewer, just his wife and another women. I was asked to cut a laminate counter top to make room for a new gas stove. The job required more modification than the homeowner expected to get the required results. As I started working in the kitchen, the two women were talking and having coffee directly behind me. I asked if they could visit in another room due to the fact I was using several power tools and needed to stay focused on the measurements. This request was met with indignation. After completing the job, she wanted me to give her the receipt from Home Depot. I informed her that I needed to keep it for my taxes, but she was welcome to review it and make a copy if she wished. I gave her a written invoice for parts and labor before leaving. I was never contacted by the reviewer regarding any of this including my workmanship. As you can see from my other reviews, I try my best to please all customers. It is clear that I inadvertently offended the reviewer's wife very early into the project and thus jaded her perception of me. It is unfortunate that the person who wrote this review was not present during the conversations or while the work was being done. This review is not reflective of who I am and the quality of my workmanship."
