After giving many opportunities to make it right, unfortunately my experience was not a good one. Chris, Jeremy and David were all very nice, as were the workers! However, the vinyl siding installation looks like a DIY job gone bad. The cuts and seams look horrible, even after tearing it all out and putting it back on. Some of the cuts left holes, that have since resulted in damage to soffit and behind the siding that I have to deal with now. There are visible screws on the back side of the house that I was told was temporary, until they could get more siding to make the repairs. Because of the length of time it took, 2021-2024 (they had a lot of trouble matching the color for additional siding to make the repairs - even took multiple trips to get siding samples) I think they had “moved on” and I was tired of asking them to come back. I have learned my lesson to get references, and not to trust someone to do a good job just because they are nice. I also made the huge mistake of giving final payment before all the repairs were made.

I had an appointment set for some windows to be replaced. They cancelled the original appointment due to rain that was not in my area. I never heard back so I reached out to them to reschedule appointment in which they no showed. So I reached out the next day and was told their guy finished a previous appointment early and tried to call me and left a voicemail. I had no missed calls or voicemails on my phone. Then they wanted to reschedule for a third appointment the third week in a row. After reading several reviews on how they kept missing appointments I decided to try to find a more reliable company.

So my wife and I had to use the back door to get in and out of our house, Because it was the only one that function correctly. I was told they were gonna replace all the broken cinder blocks and any rotting wood wedges. About Two months after the Second visit started having the issue again. When I called, it took them over 2 weeks to reach back out. Never once did I see them use any type of level laser or conventional level nothing.. then they had the nerve to tell me the work was out of warranty, so I'd have to pay again. I recently had another company come out August 2022 And all the suppose cinder blocks that they replaced never did. the new company i'm going through took pictures, showed me the broken cinder blocks the wedges were so rotted that when you wiggled them, they broke underneath the trailer. And when I called to ask them about it. I have yet to hear back from anybody. They had a safety inspector coming out August 2022 to check the integrity of the house... You pay for what you good and They had the best price but the worst work.

They came out promptly to quote. My reason for contacting them was a single squeak along the midline of my double wide. $1500 later, every step I take in my house screams back at me like stepping on a cat's tail! An inspector eventually came out an agreed the mistake was theirs. Weeks later a second crew arrives and fixes nothing. So, long story short, in trying to improve my home for resale, I made it much less likely to be sellable at all. Wish I had never contacted them. I took their higher quote for the service thinking it meant they were more experienced/professional. My home is now my squealing h*** :(

They responded that they do not do repairs. Just leveling and such.

Horrific, they didn't show up on time but 5 hours late. They first busted a water line and said nothing I found it and they left me without water overnight. Turns out the home was already level and sitting on concrete footings. I am a disabled senior citizen the NOT needed changes resulted in destroying and ruining my home, upon leaving every floor in the home squeaked in every room and never had before! I showed them where they splintered the cabinets left doors hanging off that before had closed! The metal roof line was left crooked with seams split, every factory seam in the carpet was also split. Negative changes over time has continued window frames warped nails coming out of all moldings and sheet rock, crushed sheet rock in 2 rooms, wall paper began pealing off and and factory glue seeped through discoloring all walls and cabinets, all floor coverings are ruined, and blocks underneath are cracked. Chris Estes said he would not come out to inspect but only sent WreckIt Rob out hte guy who destroyed my home in the begining! Don't let Rob into your house without coming and seeing how his work destroyed my home please contact me nad I will give you the grand tour!!

After many bad past experiences with mobile home contractors, I was very pleased with Chris and his team. I had my double wide re-leveled twice in the past few years by other contractors, the last time less than two years ago. Both times, the re-level only lasted a short time before serious problems developed again. This time, Chris and his team did the job right. He installed additional piers and a permanent foundation and did a fantastic job. He was not only concerned about doing the job right, he also found ways to save me money on the project. Overall, I am very pleased with Top Notch. I would hire again, and recommend him to anyone. Great job Chris.

Chris and his crew were professional, and did an excellent job. We used the weed eater proof vinyl, and pressure treated wood 4x4's. Very pleased with the outcome.

I initially spoke with Chris and he gave me a phone estimate. He came to my house a few days later and gave me an accurate estimate, explained my options, described the process and gave me a few tips of things to watch for if I decided to hire another company instead of his. He and his crew were punctual, polite, thorough, and did a fantastic job.

Chris and his crew were great. When I first contacted Chris about the job, he responded quickly and had a lot of knowledge about the products. He gave us honest advice on the best product for our home and area. I would hire them again. They were professional, completed the work and did an incredible job.

Chris and his crew were great. They were professional and courteous. Did a fine job of levelling our home, and at a fair price. Our double wide home had a serious gap between the two halves on one end (you could actually see daylight coming through). Top Notch completely fixed the problem. Would highly recommend.
