But I had actually met with Baker concerning some marketing work (didn't get the gig and not involved with them) and was impressed with their training and facilities. It was an emergency on a weekend which bumped the price; and the guy broke out the big guns, fiber-optic cameras and electronic tracers, so it got pretty pricey. But I got a look at the whole system, he found several issues that will require major repairs, which were actually under the house and not in the line to the street. So it was worth it to get the "rolls royce" of drain inspection and cleaning. The guy knew his stuff and got the drains open, and I got a full look at issues that will need to be corrected. He was also respectful of the fact that I've done a lot of work on (and under) the house and have maybe "above average" plumbing knowledge, so he worked "with" me on understanding issues and how the system is laid out. Nice guy and well-trained."
