"Misty came out and evaluated our house for foundation repair. She was very thorough and knowledgeable in what she does. I found that du-west was honest reliable and fair price for the work that needed to be done. When they came out to do the foundation work Jose and Juan kept us informed as to what was happening. We have never been through this before so hearing all of this the snapping, crackles and popping sounds was scary!! They did a good job and left our yard back the way it was. Jessica at the office is very professional and willing to work and help us with some little mishaps with no problems. Overall I am happy with Du-west and highly recommended them to my co-workers and friends.."

"Plumber was called by apartment complex when our underground crews hit gas and water. Our crews exposed with a mini excavator both pipes to be repaired. Plumber repaired both and sent us an invoice for each. I would have to say I was shocked. We have used numerous plumbers over the years but never one that was so expensive. When we inquired about the bill and asked for detail (hours and material used) he just became very belligerent and refused to offer more info. You would think when they would charge you $500 just for rolling out on an emergency they could at least spell emergency. Wow. Good luck if you choose this company."
