I'm happy with its performance and I'm happy with the service that I have gotten. They sent somebody qualified out to do the inspection and he spent 30 minutes to an hour doing an inspection. I'm happy with the work that they have done, but again the only thing I felt is they are a little pricey. I did not research this one when I bought a new unit because they had come out to service my old unit and that when we found out it was bad and it was one of those times that I needed it to get done.

This was an excellent company to work with from start to finish. They were prompt, courteous, answered all questions and concerns. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They were very good in making sure everything was kept clean (laying down a tarp to walk on.) They assisted in getting me 1 yr financing without interest, and worked with me in getting energy rebates. I also am using them to service my AC and gas heater as they offer a yearly service plan. I would highly recommend this company for their good work, professionalism, friendliness, and truthfulness (and they always give me good cookies as a customer "thank-you"!!)

Everything was okay. They were very courteous and prompt. They got the job done. The price was reasonable. It was well within the range of the other quotes we received. The staff didn't speak English, but they were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They were quick about it, and they didn't cause any type of problems. They were professional.
