I was trying to change the shower cartridge myself, but I broke the shower valve body.  I called Tuan about the problem on Sunday, and he came out the very next day.  He cut open the drywall, replaced the valve, and installed the new cartridge, handle, and spout.  Tuan and Brandon were very quick and professional.  The price was very reasonable too.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

From beginning to end everything went perfectly. We were fortunate enough to have them arrive on the same day as our initial call. Their bid was lower than others and their investigation more thorough. We immediately agreed to have the work done. The work was performed quickly, effectively, and professionally even though some of it was fairly unpleasant. It is rare that you meet a vendor that is so thoroughly enjoyable to work with, clearly honest, and completely competent. They made our day a little bit brighter. We highly recommend them.

The plumber was excellent. My daughter and son-in-law have also used his services. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and clean. He provides good service and his prices are fair as well. Everything about him is good. I would definitely use his services again in a heartbeat.

These were items from the inspection on a house we purchased. The guys called me and arrived right on the scheduled time. Initially, they were just going to re-set the toilet but I decided while they were here to replace it. They worked on other things on the list while I ran to purchase the new toilet. They put it in and hauled the old one off for me. They cleaned up the work areas well and were very pleasant and professional.

I felt like he made a choice of brand that was just right for me, high quality, and he did a very good job. He does quality work. He never overplays the problem and he is honest and reasonable with the prices.

I was considering a tankless water heater. After research I narrowed down the type of tankless I was interested in to Takagi. I called a company rep to ask for a referral. He gave me Texan Plumbing. As it turned out I decided against a tankless and went with a 40-gallon Bradford White. When I spoke with Tuan Nguyen about the tankless and then later about the Bradford White he was very knowledgeable and informative. His prices were also better than the others I called (on both the tankless and the Bradford White). He and a helper very quickly and efficiently removed my old heater and installed the new one. He answered all my questions about water heaters in general (including tankless) and about my new heater specifically. I would not only use him again if I had a water heater problem, but I will also use him if I have a plumbing problem (He is a master plumber).
