Battle Plumbing Company

Plumber was called by apartment complex when our underground crews hit gas and water. Our crews exposed with a mini excavator both pipes to be repaired. Plumber repaired both and sent us an invoice for each. I would have to say I was shocked. We have used numerous plumbers over the years but never one that was so expensive. When we inquired about the bill and asked for detail (hours and material used) he just became very belligerent and refused to offer more info. You would think when they would charge you $500 just for rolling out on an emergency they could at least spell emergency. Wow. Good luck if you choose this company.

Of several companies advertising that they work on weekends, this is the only one in the area that actually does.
The work was completed timely and the house has water again.

They never showed up.
I called on Tuesday and had a good exchange with Mr. Battle. I made an appointment for Friday at 4 PM, feeling optimistic about the work to be done. When no one had shown up or contacted us by 4:15, I gave them a call. They sounded like they were surprised to hear about my appointment but said they would send someone right away. With no one showing by 4:45, I gave another call to make sure that I should really be expecting them. I was assured that they were just behind and that a tech was on his way. Finally, at 6 PM I called them again but was taken to voicemail. I wanted to leave a message that I was canceling my service. . . but the mailbox was full.

They were very prompt and professional. Their fees were reasonable. They took pictures of everything so we could see what they did underneath the ground. They were easy to work with and have had no issues since. We were very happy with their service.

Made an appointment on Friday for someone to come by Saturday morning. No one showed up. No phone calls. No emails. It's now Monday and haven't received a single notice or apology.

Initially, they called before my appointment time to let me know they were running late. I was not provide a timeline. When they got to the home, they were very professional. They asked me what my issue was. At that point, they went to work. After they completed the work, they briefed me on what was done. If the repack did not work, the faucets would have needed to replaced. The plumber and helper were friendly and courteous. Excellent work.

The gentleman did an excellent job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of their services.
