Technician looked at control pressed the liter button and the burner lite. He then wiped his hand over one of the side vents and said that could have been the problem...did not vacuum off the vents. Nothing wrong with control valve. Charged me $150 for lilting the heater. When I questioned the charge, he said that was a discounted charge. Never gave me an estimate for what the work cost...because nothing was wrong with heater. Talked with their manager and got the story about how much it cost to run the business. They offered to take $25 off bill. Their service assessment is $49...would have considered that to have been fair because that's all he really did. Have done business in the with A-Better Plumbing for home and rental property and charges were fair. Understand they have new owners. Senior taken advantage of...

Great - no complaints and I have used them since then for a plumbing issue with the same excellent service.

Our building didn't have any vents on it to let the fumes out. So all that was going into our shop. They came and installed the vents and they were like $400 cheaper than that other place we called to get a quote.

Russell was great and very professional.

Ariel did a great job overseeing and completing the job - the equipment wouldn't fit between the house and fence so he and one other worker manually dug the trench and took time to cut the grass in sections to be placed back after line passed the city inspection which it did with no issues.

They arrived on time, following my wife's instructions to call 5 minutes early so we can put our dogs up (Outstaning!! Almost no company remembers to do this.). They assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. When I thought that was to high for the job the tech politely excused himself and contacted the office. I received a phone call shortly after from the polite and kind lady in the office and we reached an agreement quickly. Work began instantly and within 20 minutes all was well. Great job people! Thanks!

The plumber and his assistant were quickly able to unclog the toilet. However, they did not have the right tool in their van to clear the drain under the sinks in the Master Bath. I was disappointed they had not brought the necessary tool. Instead they recommended I buy a 1/2 gallon bottle of BioSmart. Unfortunately, their poking around had turned a slow drain into a completely stopped-up drain. The assistant went back upstairs to pour 1/2 cup of the BioSmart treatment into the drain but the sink was full of water -- the BioSmart might have worked on a slow drain, but it did no good whatsoever sitting in the sink. We were unable to use the sinks in the Master Bath for the several days it took for the plumber to return with the proper tool. Now I have a pricey bottle of BioSmart that I don't want. Cost for first visit: $249 Cost for return visit to fix drain they should have fixed the first visit: $150

They do good work. They are reasonably priced. They are trustworthy. I trust them. I've had them do lots of work before. This wasn't the first time I used them. I am a repeat customer because of my prior experiences with them. I really can't say ways to approve. They really are awesome. I've never had a problem with the techs that come out. They are competitive price wise. They're fairly priced. Always on time. They are definitely professional.

They did a marvelous job.  I never had to call them back.  They solved the problem in one visit.

We have had this service done every couple months for past few years. First they made us wait days for service Then they doubled our price to $390.00 out of now where after job was completed. Very unproffesional. Anyway I detailed my argument to one of the managers " Roland" and his response was "THANX" They should remember where they got most of their customers in the first place with Angies list. That's how I found them the first time. So disappointing and they just lost a contract for the new location that would probably be in the 40-50k range. Im sure I did myself a favor seeing what direction their service is going.

Everything went well they change the gas lines out. They pressure check the line, if there wad an issue they would make sure they fix it. They complete the work until the pressure hold for the inspector.

The plumber was excellent - professional, quick, experienced and had all of the right equipment to do the fix on our pond plumbing. I am so sorry I had not called them first! I can't say enough how glad I am that they sent Russell to do this job. He came out 10 minutes before the expected arrival time. Got right on the job based on my explanation of the problem. And he completed the job within 2 hours. The water to the pond water is now flowing beautifully and the Koi will now survive!

He showed up about 30 minutes before I was expecting him and went right to work to try to find the problem.  Of course I was charged for an hour which is about the time he was here.  Luckily he didn't have to do anything else today.  He was very professional and seemed very honest.
