Quick, efficient, and costs were very reasonable. There are always several ways to solve a problem and they came up with a minimally invasive and effective remedy for our broken pipe situation. Good communication and friendly vibes from both office administration and the plumbers themselves.

I learned that one of my hot water heaters was leaking on Tuesday afternoon. I call LesCon and spoke with Angel who was very pleasant and efficient. She gave me the costs and put me on the schedule for Thursday, today. The supervisor, Bart, came on Wednesday to scope the work. He too was very efficient and helpful. Bart suggested a good solution to a problem that I might have with an impending house painting. Dan, Frank, and Santos came at 0900 on Thursday. They were great, very efficient, pleasant, and professional. They finished about 1300 and really did a good job. Overall the experience good not have been any better.

Couple of hick-ups along the way, but they stayed with it until the job was complete.

Found the problem right away. Explained what was needed and took care of it in a timely manner. I have used this company several times and highly recommend this plumbing company. I never have felt a high pressure sales tactic, they are timely and very courteous.

I was immediately told that they no longer work on A.O. Smith water heaters and they now sell Rheem units. ?Something about A.O. Smith was difficult to work with on warranty work. ?No offer was made to still come out and repair the unit. ?They just gave me the phone number of two authorized repair companies. ?The first company I called made it clear that they DID NOT carry parts and only order warranty parts if covered by A.O. Smith. ?Estimated time to repair my unit, a week. ?The second number was to voice mail. Bottom line - I hold both LesCon and A.O. Smith responsible for this. ?Basically since LesCon was inconvenienced they kicked A.O. Smith to the curb along with every customer they sold the unit to. ?Nice to have the option to just say SORRY and good luck sucker! ?I have referred many customers to LesCon in the past. ?Never again!

This service involved removing leaking kitchen drain and replacing with all new system.  The new drain works better then ever before.  In the passed, LesCon has installed a gas heater in my shop, installed complete compressed-air system in my shop and many other jobs in my home and shop.  Their work is always superior in every way.

Tech was very efficient, knowledgeable, but we were not offered a discount for Angie's list use. Tech polite.

I was pretty happy with their work. They charged me $80. It was lesser than what I expected. They were pretty good. They were prompt and came out when they said they would. The guy could have probably done a more elaborate job and charged me more money. But he didn't.
