"CON ARTISTS. If you are elderly they will sell you unnecessary repairs. My Moms disposal was leaking and she had John Moore come out. The plumber said the one installed 6 months earlier during her remodel was junk. He quoted $800 to replace it. I went over and looking under the sink the collar was just loosened. Took me 20 seconds to fix it. Elderly beware!!! Recently they charged her $3k for an unnecessary clean out install. Shame on us for calling them back out."

"We had leak that left a couple of water spots in our home and I called this company because of the good reviews. But we were indeed scammed, the technician quoted us $21k for a “bellying of our pipes”. We had mentioned to the tech that everytime we noticed the wet spots it was when we ran our dishwasher but he never checked our dishwasher or anything. We asked him to do the camera to check our pipes and he concluded the ‘pipe bellying’ due to ‘erosion’ (The pipe camera service is $450 btw, another ridiculous amount.) Well first of all, our home is a NEW build, its less than 5 yrs old so it ddnt make sense to me, plus who has 21k? We went ahead and hired a different plumbing company and within the first 15mins they concluded that it was our dishwasher that was causing the leak! I saw it with my own eyes. They said that i just needed to replace our dishwasher. They said that there’s nothing wrong with our pipes. Which totally makes sense because we noticed the leak everytime we used our dishwasher. Plus they fixed our garbage disposal for FREE compared to Texas quality plumbing quoted us $750 for a new one. How ridiculous. I called Texas quality plumbing because it was upsetting to get quoted 21k and i also asked for the video recording and pictures and a detailed report of the pipe camera service they provided and they cannot provide me with the report. They said ‘we can come out again and the tech will do it again and explain to you where he found the bellying’. They said that they dont even have the initial recording! Another thing to add, since we stopped using our dishwasher we haven’t had ANY LEAKS! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE TO GET A SECOND OPINION! THIS COMPANY CHARGED US A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY AND THEY MISDIAGNOSED WHAT WAS WRONG! BOOK A DIFFERENT COMPANY! Attached are photos of their ridiculous prices. Also there’s nothing wrong with our toilets but they also added that we needed to replace them as well. 🤦🏽‍♀️"

"PR Documentation SF May 2nd, plumber Kody arrived around 14:30, and there was a noticeable odor of alcohol about him upon arrival. As a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer with 13 years of experience, I immediately recognized this. Kody arrived approximately one hour late for the scheduled time, explaining he had forgotten some necessary parts and had to leave to go to Home Depot to retrieve them. He eventually returned and completed all the plumbing work around 16:30, then informed me he was finished. Upon inspecting the completed work, it appeared to be done correctly. I then inquired about a reduction in the labor cost, as Kody was physically present and working for less than two hours in total. I was informed that I was still expected to pay the full quoted amount, as the estimate was now considered a flat rate. I was never informed that the estimate was a flat rate at the time I signed it. I offered to pay a fair amount for the actual time worked (2 hours of labor) plus the cost of the parts. Kody stated that his boss instructed him to leave the premises, and he subsequently did so. For your information, a quick internet search indicates that the average hourly labor fee for a plumber in this area typically ranges from $75 to $150 per hour. Additionally, in the state of Texas, Texas Penal Code 32.53 classifies the exploitation of a child, elderly individual, or disabled individual for monetary or personal gain as a third-degree felony. I am a service-connected disabled veteran and currently serve as the primary caregiver for my 94 year old mother, who resides with me in my home."

"We used BEQ Construction to give our 1990 home a modern makeover. We replaced copper pipes with flexible pipes, painted the whole house white and completely remodeled the kitchen.
