I've been using Sword Plumbing since 2013 and have been very happy with their services. Their customer service rep (Kelly) is always super helpful and friendly. So when it came time to upgrade all the bathroom and kitchen faucets in my house (and there were a lot), I gave them a call. The job was completed as expected, the faucets look great I was very happy with how everything turned out. The plumbers cleaned up very well after the job. Thank you Sword Plumbing.

Responded quickly to call. Protected area to keep clean. Used drain snake equipment to unclog. Then repaired kitchen faucet. Answered all my questions.

Sword misdiagnosed the problem with my Noritz tankless water heater, even though they are an approved Nortitz representative (I found them on the Noritz website last year). The plumber was nice enough (Doug Lahr) but he had to come out to my house multiple times (4+). He first thought it was the controller and recommended that I buy a new one, which I did, and then we found that the issue with my hot water remained. So basically, the money I spent was wasted and of course, the inconvenience of having to bring him out here multiple times. Finally, Doug thought to suggest that we replace the circuit board, so we did, upon his reocmmendation. That fixed the problem! But my concern, is that why did it take so many trips and a lot of guesswork on their part?? Also, when I received the bill for this circuit board installation, Sword tried to charge me for more time on the job than occurred. I had to ask the Owner to remove the excess charges. Which they reluctantly did and all was well, or so I thought.. But, wait, it doesn't end there....a year later, I am having trouble again. It could be the circuit board again, or it could be something entirely different. I have no hot water!! When I called Sword plumbing this morning, they refused to help me! This surprised me, as we seemed to resolve everything with the bill last time without issue. They told me they do not want to service my home anymore, but no reason was given, and I got this information when I called them this morning with no hot water!!!! I am in disbelief, as I did nothing wrong other than expect them to know what to do with a product they claim they are approved to repair and to be honest with the time they are charging for. If anything, I should have thought twice about calling them back, but my thinking was, if there is a problem with the expensive circuit board I bought from them, I wanted to work with the same company to honor the work. There was no honor to receive from this company. My mistake was to trust this company. Beware of Sword Plumbing.

Took day off work to have this work done.
Using this company for the first time as it was recommended to me by a plumbing supply company.
Plumber arrived on time. After 30 minutes told me my dogs were barking too much and giving him a migraine and left.
Called the company and was informed that my dogs barked too much and would not do the work on the property with barking dogs. Did not even give me the chance to make other arrangements with the dogs so the work could be done that day.
Have service people in and out of my house all the time and have never had this issue before.
Called my usual plumbing company who assured me they work around barking dogs without a problem.
Will absolutely never use this company again nor will I recommend them.

I called Sword Plumbing because of a referral from another company. The first call I made was to request an appointment for an estimate to replace the plumbing lines. We did not hear back from them for about a week, so I called again. We received a call from the owner about two business days later. When he arrived for the appointment, he was not able to give us an estimate on the spot and reported that he would run numbers at the office and get to us. We never heard back from him.
I don't believe we should be chasing this company when so many other well qualified businesses exist who are happy to have our business.

This is the second time we've used sword plumbing (first was to fix a toilet that was leaking). We chose them from angies list because they looked punctual, professional, and most importantly, it looked like they didn't try and overcharge. We are so glad we found them! They gave me a half hour range (8-830) that they would arrive at. Doug arrived at 830. He was very professional and asked me to show him what needed to be done. The vent on the water heater was pointed incorrectly and I was worried it would be an expensive fix. Fortunately, Doug was able to raise it easily and just added some brackets. All other worked went in a similar fashion. He had all necessary items in his truck which also made things go quickly. When it came to the kitchen sink, it turned out that the pull out sprayer nozzle had come loose (silly me!). Ended up a lot more minor than originally anticipated. Would use and recommend them anytime!

D***, one of the plumbers of Sword came the next day we called.
I had already cut the water; he just cut the pipe in the part there was a leak, replaced it with a new pipe, I turned on the water, I went to the toilet to turn on the water in the sink, the plumber checked meanwhile that there was no leak.
Paid with check; less than 30 min, invoice given to me, perfect.

Early in the week before Christmas week, Mr Storm was polite and courteous when he came to my hoome to provide an estimate for the various services I required. He gathered information and told me he would get back with me after the holiday. After the first of the year, I contacted his office to inquire about the estimate. The secretary said she would ask himm to call me. Two weeks later, I went by the office to notify them that I had not been contacted and that due to the failure to follow up, I no longer required their services. Therefore, the "F" I award this company is for "Failure to Follow up on commitment."

Plumber arrived within designated two-hour window. Office called to tell me when he was on his way. He installed a disposal I had purchased. Was exceptionally good about cleaning up after the installation and taking care not to damage the wood floor in front of the sink. He also explained to me the operation of a whirlpool tub and diagnosed a problem with the faucet. He tightened some pipe connections under two sinks, where they had been leaking.

Excellent service and quality. The plumber encountered an issue with one of the toilets he was replacing as I live in a 50 year old home. He let me know how he was going to fix it and did so. I would use this plumber again.

The plumber was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. He wore protectors on his shoes when he entered our home which is always appreciated. I initially called him out for the dishwasher connection but in the time between when i scheduled the service and when he arrived the pipe outside began leaking. He had no complaints when i asked if he could add on the extra services, additionally he had come prepared with all the unplanned parts that were needed. We will definitely use Sword Plumbing in the future.

Called because my garbage disposal had failed and my sink was clogged. Friendly and helpful dispatcher made my appointment for the same day and called me 30 minutes before my plumber, Doug, arrived. Doug replaced my disposal and unblocked the drain in under an hour. He was neat and organized, even wore shoe covers into the house. Bill was exactly as expected, $125 for the one hour labor, plus the cost of the disposal. The disposal was priced at a small, reasonable, markup to what it would cost at a big box home improvement store, and it saved me the trip. Friendly, on time, fair price, what more can you ask for?

We haven't been able to get sufficient hot water from our kitchen faucet. Another plumber suggested that we needed a new faucet. Before installing the new faucet, Sword Plumbing pointed out that the real problem was a kink in the hot water supply line. The technician also showed me that improper sealing of the garbage disposal was causing moisture and a modest amount of rust in the garbage disposal. While installing the brand new faucet, the technician found a minor defect. The technician fixed the problem and completed the installation.
