"I saw a drip coming down from the ceiling, hitting my wood floor and I immediately knew that my water heater was about to expire. Right away, I went through Angie's List to request an emergency repair and Bacon responded by phone in about 10 minutes. I spoke with a very friendly and personable dispatcher and she told me they would have a technician out as soon as possible. Within about 90 minutes, the technician, Mario Cisneros, arrived and assessed the issue and provided several options for replacement. He left to order parts and get an assistant to help him with the installation. After a few hours of very hot work up in my attic, it was replaced and in perfect working order. Mario and his assistant were outstanding, friendly, and personable and explained what was going to be done every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with the results. Fantastic job! I highly recommend Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric (and Roofing) for all of your related needs!!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
