FixFlow Appliance

Because of the previous reviews, I was hesitant to hire FixFlow Appliance. After communicating with them again, they informed me that no charge if no fix. I agreed. They came to the house, was very professional, had all the tools and was able to fix my kitchen sink grinder in 15 min. I highly recommend FixFlow Appliance for those looking for someone that charges a competitive price and expect honest work.

Honestly, I was ready to replace microwave over that was not turning on. The technician who showed up on time and was very professional, took the microwave oven out, repaired i and putting it back in a very reasonable time. Most likelt I will call them again if I need repair on my appliances. Thaks a bunch

Ruben showed up quickly and before scheduled time. Installed Over the Range microwave by himself with minimal help from husband! He knew what to do and proceeded quickly. Microwave installed and we are impressed! Thanks for such a quick response!

Professional, punctual, accurate and effective repair!

It’s what you’d expect, you call, tell them your problem, they come, get it fixed. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy all over the phone with a real person. The only issue I had was the tech missed the first appointment window we had scheduled and he didn’t call me, I had to call. But then we rescheduled and they showed up on time like promised. Tech was in and out so no complaints there. Overall efficient, friendly, and clean work. Maybe the non-reliability was just in my case. Still recommend.

Overall I'm very happy with the service. He was able to correctly diagnose the issue, order the right part, and install it all at times that were convenient for us. He was knowledgeable and responsive. I'm so happy that my stove works correctly again.
