"Jesse came to asses and bid the job and gave me different options. I thought my water heater was 12yrs old-13maybe, but it was over 20. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them. "Zach P. did an amazing job. I had a bathtub to walk-in shower conversion installed. He showed up on time and clearly explained what was going to happen that day. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He informed me of all his findings during the install and informed me of some of the challenges that he ran into because of the the original build of the house. I was concerned that they stated they could install this in one day. I was impressed with the detailed on the install and the preparation did the walls. Even the plumbing that had to be rerouted was do professional and i fell will last forever. I would use WestShore and Zach in a heart beat."

"Don was very responsive, his bid was extremely fair and he is a delight to work with, you can tell he really wants to get it right, and did. We did a bathroom remodel, he was the only bidder who got down on the floor and looked under the sink while he bid it, and discovered I had a weird plumbing situation back there, which he recommended we change, and we did. This will probably save us some headaches down the road. The cabinets are larger than what we had because we had ample room, and they're just beautiful. I'm really pleased."

"They showed up right on schedule, and were very professional.  Although there was a bit of a problem installing the new sink where the old one had been, they were able to make it fit.  The original faucet I had bought was missing a part, so I had to return it to the store and purchase a different faucet, which resulted in Carlos actually having to install the first faucet, completely remove it, and then install another faucet. The whole job ended up taking more than the hours I had paid for, but I was not charged for the extra time.  Although Carlos had to come back the next day and tighten up the faucet, I am quite happy with the end results.
