Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. I was quoted 1,800 just for that not including the write up didn’t even have them piping their work into my actual water line. Needless to say I started looking for another plumber. More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. AND THEN I learned about the membership without auto renewal AND I saved even more money on that! I can tell you, you can’t beat this company in price and coverage. And i just trust them.
