More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. We did a bathroom remodel, he was the only bidder who got down on the floor and looked under the sink while he bid it, and discovered I had a weird plumbing situation back there, which he recommended we change, and we did.
