"I had a bad brass cartridge for my Roman tub, called another company off a recommendation. The guy comes out with just an iPad and shoe covers. Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. I was quoted 1,800 just for that not including the write up didn’t even have them piping their work into my actual water line. Needless to say I started looking for another plumber. Hopped on here and Talbot reached out 1st, Michael was 1,000% the right choice for this job. He came by investigated the issue to make sure it was just the cartridge and had me ready to go in no time. Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. "Edwardo and his team were very professional and proficient and their work was very good. And the initial work was completed in 2 days with the exception of the glass being installed on a pony wall. Another exception was the reseal of our master shower (not a part of the tub to shower conversion) that had to be redone due using caulk that was not compatible with marble. Martinez (glass installer) did a nice job installing the glass on the pony wall and also he completed the re-caulk of the master shower. Would highly recommend 5 Star Bath."

"Initially I was impressed with quick service. They came out 3 times. I needed a recall due to ongoing issues and that appointment was cancelled through home warranty. My complaint is company will not respond to me text and calls to discuss resolution of damage to my property by their technician. I need this company to be ethical and professional and replace the damaged parts caused by them. I’m sure not intentional I’m wondering if they have insurance because they should have been prompt to respond. I trusted them in my home for repairs and dryer was damaged during the process of dismantling for repair. They should have acknowledged the damage on the spot instead of running out ghosting me. I’ll keep updated."

"Plumber charged a lot to hack up my house to fix a leaking pipe behind the dishwasher. He didn't hook up the dishwasher drain line correctly and it leaked. Had to fix myself. They used a scrap pipe instead of the proper $2 part. They wanted to charge me a service fee to come out and fix their problem. I would give zero stars if I could. Over $2200 for bad work. Avoid these guys!"
