"I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. "Stop and read this recommendation. I sent request on HomeAdvisor for plumber for master bath toilet break, they responded in minutes and came to home in a few hours. I went and purchased a new tank unit parts replacement for the plumber. When the guys arrived they found my plug was just hardened and offered to fix it for free and not charge me the $249.00 install of the parts I purchased. This saved me over $300.00. They refused to even let me pay for a service call so instead I tipped the two guys for their honesty and generosity. I now have a lifetime plumber in Dallas and will recommend them on every social platform I use. "The Onyx product looks great, easy to clean, and best of all...no grout to fight with!! Their product was the best price and looks better than any other option. Josh is easy to work with. If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. We have had his company do 6 bathrooms in the past from new counter tops, shower only installs, bathtub, new designer cabinets, plumbing and electrical outlets. I've had all of his workers do great jobs. When we move again and need another bathroom update, I have Josh's number in my phone. And no, we are not related in any way!"

"The plumbing technician, Tyler Herriage, was able to arrive very quickly, inspect the damaged tile, bathroom faucets and pipes, water heater, and water meter, and determine that the water damage was not due to a leak this time. He was knowledgeable explaining the types and signs of leaks and I appreciated his honesty advising that there was not evidence a costly pressure test or camera run was needed."
