I never saw him get discouraged as he had to be creative to find the problem and fix it. No parts needed. The blower was coming lose and needed tightening. He also explained a lot about the unit. He cleaned those cooling fins (whatever they re called) and was finished in about three hours. Very friendly. I began to trust he was competent and had integrity within 30 minutes. I m not very handy. I can install a shower head and replace light fixtures and anything beyond that exceeds my handy ability. If the rest of the staff are like him then you are in good hands. Recommend and will use again."
