"We absolutely love our new stream!! Nature's Edge Waterscapes built a beautiful 105 foot poodles stream with 20 waterfalls, and it turned out better than we could have imagined. One of our favorite things about it is is that it is not just beautiful--we actually use the stream for our farm animals, and they love it too!! They also added a 40 inch stacked slate sphere, and 20 pond lights, which make the entire area look amazing at night. The attention to detail and natural look of the stream are incredible. It has completely transformed this part of our property, and has quickly become one of our favorite features on the farm.. We could not be happier with how it turned out, and would highly recommend Nature's Edge Waterscapes!"

"I had had problems with a prior waterfall leaking and ponding, so when I did the contract with Suburbia, at my request they agreed to give me a two year warranty for those particular problems.  Unfortunately, I have had constant problems with my waterfall both leaking and ponding (it's supposed to be pondless) in the last almost two years since Suburbia installed it.  However, the main reason I'm writing this review is to complain about their poor responsiveness on warranty issues.  Each time, I have to call them multiple times before I even get a response, they fail to show up when they say they will, and they still haven't fixed the problems with the waterfall notwithstanding coming out many times since it was installed.  They also came up with a design that is apparently very difficult to maintain and requires pulling all the rocks apart to get to the source.  To be fair, I do think that Doug is extremely gifted artistically, and we do love the look of the waterfall (especially when we can actually have it running when it's not leaking, etc.).  I just can't recommend them, though, for their ability to have an effective functional design or for their responsiveness on warranty issues, which is terrible.

"Dawn and her team installed a flagstone patio and landscaping in my back yard. I really wanted something rustic and natural and she created a design that was exactly what I wanted. We ended up with a flagstone patio with a stacked stone retaining wall and two large beds on either side of the patio and a flagstone path. Her team is very competent and the stone patio is unique and has a beautiful hand crafted look. Dawn communicated well with us throughout the project and was great to work with. She and her team exceeded our expectations."
