"It went great! Jerry was just getting out of the hospital when I called to schedule my appointment. He answered promptly and they had someone out the next day. My water heater is no longer making the noise. They told me if it starts making noise again, they would remove and exchange for new water heater themselves. They were very professional and nice. We will definitely be hiring them again if necessary."

"Great ! The tech came and installed our new water heater. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job and cleaned the area on completion. Great price! couldn't be happier."

"Came quickly and fixed it when wanted to replace the water heater"

"Very responsive and was able to get hot water heater replaced same day."

"The plumbing technician, Tyler Herriage, was able to arrive very quickly, inspect the damaged tile, bathroom faucets and pipes, water heater, and water meter, and determine that the water damage was not due to a leak this time. He was knowledgeable explaining the types and signs of leaks and I appreciated his honesty advising that there was not evidence a costly pressure test or camera run was needed."

"Our tankless hot water heater stopped working unexpectantly after having a new roof put on and bluefrog not only responded quickly but sent also sent someone as soon as possible when I told them I was expecting to go into labor any day and really needed hot water. They went above and beyond to exhaust every possible reason it stopped working. I would highly recommend them!"

"They were fantastic, clean, courteous, polite, respectful, did good work, they are the only ones to go with if you're having a hot water heater installed"

"We had two separate leak emergencies, we had a pipe burst at 9pm On a weeknight and Damian came out immediately and fixed it-did not and would not leave until we had water! Then a random leak in then another one, he came out and fixed it quickly!"

"I would admit I should have done my project with them. They came quickly, saw the place and determined what was needed as far as heater type, install challenge, etc, and gave a free estimate. Another company gave me a lower price, but I ended up with additional cost because they came to do the job without prior evaluation. Made mistakes that cost me more money and time. I will call this company next time, if they forgive me!"

"From quote to project completion all went well with installation of the 50 gal water heater. I recommend this company."
