"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". "The owner called to let me know the crew would arrive in approximately 45 minutes and they showed up on time and got right to work. Jacob, the owner and I met to discuss options for additional work, which I agreed to. They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once the job was complete and new insulation blown the crew cleaned up and loose debris in the garage and driveway. I am happy with the crew and their work."
