He took his time explaining a possible problem he found with one furnace and showed/discussed the part that would be responsible. (He removed the same part from each furnace to compare and we were able to see what he was talking about). Jacob, the owner and I met to discuss options for additional work, which I agreed to. They started vacuuming up the old insulation and during the process I was shown pictures of the clean attic floor and informed what room they would be working on next. They sealed around all the openings in the attic to the HVAC vents, plumbing pipes, etc. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
