"Juan and his crew replaced a large amount of the sod in my front yard. Both their labor and materials are superior. In all my years of home ownership, as far as contractors go, they rank at the very top in all categories!!! The work they do is high quality, they don't cut any corners. For example, I had sod replaced; and not only did they remove the proper way, with a sod cutter... they even removed extra dirt to ensure they dug far enough down to remove and all the weeds and their seedlings. In addition, they also tilled the areas. When they saw excess water in one area, they didn't just lay the sod over it, they took time to verify whether there was a leak. This included digging several inches in both depth and width on a 106 degree day with a shovel, before laying the sod. Luckily, no leak was found, but they still added drainage rock. My yard had a large sunken area, and they added extra soil to properly grade the slope. Not only did they put fertilizer both under and on top of the new sod, they also put it on the existing sod (that I wasn't replacing). All the while they are doing this work; they continuously kept the yard, sidewalk and street meticulous. After the sod was laid, they edged it. The sod they use is delivered fresh daily from Houston. I have never seen such beautiful new sod. On a 106 degree day, the sod was actually green, and not flat!!! It's almost impossible to see any seams where they laid the sod. They came when they were scheduled, kept me informed when they were on their way, and had great communication during the project. Once the sod was laid and rolled, they had me turn on the sprinkler zones to ensure they were providing good coverage, and also to determine how often and how long the lawn needed to be watered for the first two weeks. They provided me with specific watering instructions, as well as how to care for the lawn in the future. Fantastic company! By the way, this is the first review I have ever taken the time to write."

"The entire staff at New Birth Landscaping are great to work with. Setting an appointment was a piece-of-cake and Chris showed-up right on time and got right to work with his helper (whose name escapes me). It took them about five minutes to properly diagnose a problem I had been working on for days and the repair was done quickly and efficiently and all of a sudden I had a properly working lawn sprinkler system. In fact, the repair they did will save us a lot of money in water bills starting with the next scheduled watering. I recommend these guys to anyone that wants great work at a reasonable price. "Sal came out promptly and gave me a quote for tree trimming and overall shape up of my front yard. The back yard was way overgrown and needed a ton of work as well. The quote was very reasonable so I signed up for their services. He said the guys would be out about 8am the following day. They arrived promptly at 8am. I am overjoyed with the quality of the work of the team. The crew worked very hard on one of the hottest days of the year and went above and beyond what I asked for. "My backyard is very large and with the heavy torrential rains increasing each year, my garage kept flooding. I tried many different approaches from many other companies over many years to include the French drain I installed. None of the fixes worked. This year in September, I heard about Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage and Lighting helping someone in my neighborhood who said that after we had over 8 inches of rain, that the drainage system they had installed by Andy’s completely took care of the excessive water, and they did not have any potential flooding problems. I contacted Andy’s immediately, and Jackson Drew came to my home to review the flooding issues and immediately was able to assess the situation and quickly came up with a permanent, reliable and common-sense solution. Jackson knew exactly what needed to be done, he was extremely professional, clearly communicated the information to me, and was very, very polite. The work was scheduled asap, and they were able to complete the drainage system installation in early November. It was a very large job which took 3 days. Jackson and his crews were very professional, on time, and did an excellent job from the beginning to the end. Further, Jackson quickly and expertly replied to every single question and concern that I had about the project. I would highly recommend Andy’s Sprinkler, Drainage and Lighting for any service they provide, especially flooding and sprinkler issues which are the services I had for this year. The initial cost seemed high; however, it was well worth it, and the amount of time they spent on the project making sure it was done correctly, showed me that they truly care.
