At the begining he was acting nice, answering calls and messages. After he got the money he either does not responsd to messages or if he does come out with a new execuse, one time it is hot, one time I am sick, one time I do not know. Long story short, after he got the money he started giving exuses not to finish the job depsite the fact that I gave him enough time and flexiblity to finish the job and also I told him if we do not finish the job on time the city is going to give me a citation. he cared less he got the money what else he needs to care about. The job he was hired to finish can be done in less than 3 hours but he has no tools, no ladder to climb, no motor machines, nothing just a manual branch cutter that anyone can use. do not hire him and save your time/money.
