"They removed the junk very quickly & were very pleasant!"

"They did a fantastic job removing cement . made the area cleaner than it was! They were very nice."

"Luis was prompt.getting back to me and stayed in contact during the project . They removed my old â  grassâ  , prepared the soil, laid good sod , checked my sprinkler and repaired any bad heads. They did a good job. I would definitely use Soto Landscape again. Thanks Luis"

"Epic Lawn Service evaluated my fixes: removed the 7ft. stump of a 90 year oak tree, filled in the hole and smoothed the earth to match the yard around it, repaired 30 ft. of chain link fence, raked up leaves scattered around the house and on the roof. Epic Lawn finished the job on time and with care. Terrific Team!"

"The sod install was done well, but I had to remind them to do things like clear and test the sprinkler heads and complete a landscape wall (it was too low and the mulch would have spilled out from the rain). The bid included the removal of bushes, but he talked me into keeping what I had. Since he was not going to be removing them, I asked and he agreed to trim them. When I had to remind him about that as he was leaving, he said he did not have his trimmers, but had a job in the area the next week and would be back. He did not come, and ignored my texts asking whether he was coming. Like most contractors I have dealt with, once they get their $, they drop off...regardless of whether the job is done or not. It is not a huge deal, but when someone leaves asking me to consider them for future work, they should complete what they say they are going to do if they want that to happen. I would still recommend them, but I would recommend getting an itemized list of every portion of the job to be done, and potentially assign a $ amount to each portion in the event that something changes in the plan."
