It is not a huge deal, but when someone leaves asking me to consider them for future work, they should complete what they say they are going to do if they want that to happen. I would still recommend them, but I would recommend getting an itemized list of every portion of the job to be done, and potentially assign a $ amount to each portion in the event that something changes in the plan."
