Juan and Customscapes is top notch. They done flower beds, rock garden, flower beds, and most recently a sprinkler system for me. Juan is very communicative and a pleasure to work with—hard to find these days. If you want quality, reasonably priced landscaping and irrigation, give Customscapes a call!

I had them put in a new sprinkler system. Juan came out and discussed the job then provided a quote. Price was good so we proceeded with scheduling. They can out as scheduled and started the install, after a bit it started raining so he asked me about stopping and returning on Monday (Labor Day) to complete the job, so they didn’t mess up the rest of the yard due the it being wet. Monday they were here early and completed the install. Juan can by the next day and went over operation of the system and did the scheduling for watering. It am very pleased with the service and the professional of the entire crew. I highly recommend contacting them if you’re considering any landscaping service.

Very professional. They removed a dead tree that the builders planted on top of concrete. They removed the concrete which was unknown to exist until they pulled the old tree up and didn't charge me for the extra time spent. Excellent work. Would definitely recommend. Juan was a nice guy and very knowledgeable of landscaping.

Juan was amazing. Very professional! He walked the property with me and assessed its needs. Within minutes, he provided me with a quote and a start date. He was knowledgeable about different types of trees, shrubs, grass, etc. He and his crew transformed my yard and gave my home the curb appeal it desperately needed. He even came back to my house the day of the service and we walked the premises again to ensure that he had addressed all of my concerns and that I was pleased with the outcome. He exceeded my expectations. I would gladly work with him again.

This company responded quickly and very professionally cleaned up our yard and trees as well as adding landscape rocks and moving some plants as well as pruning. The owner very obviously enjoys the work and is very easy to deal with. Communicates well, worked with his men on the project, and his men take much pride in their work. They absolutely made the landscaping look better than ever. This is the most responsive and prompt landscape company I’ve ever worked with in our area. I will be doing more business with them. Do I recommend them? Yes I do and you should give them an opportunity.

Juan and Custom Lansdscaping were fantastic. I received a very professionally produced and detailed quote with specific line items, pictures, and recommendations for the best type of sod for our project. Juan was very responsive to all of to all of my questions and responded promptly to all of my messages. His team was outstanding! They did an amazing job preparing the yard, stripping out all of the Dead material and preparing a proper surface for installation of the sod. Custom Landscaping charged a fair price for the work and did a great job. They have my highest recommendation! I will definitely be working with Juan and his team again

Juan & his team did an outstanding job. They removed my existing grass and 2" of soil. They added sandy loam & new top soil before laying Palmetto grass. The crew worked very hard and were diligent to level the yard, install new landscaping & border stone. My neighbors commented on how impressed they were with the crew's work ethic & how careful they were every step of the way. Juan and his team did an excellent job from being to end. His wife designed a beautiful xeriscape and photoshopped it onto a picture of my house, so that I could see exactly what it would look like. Juan presented me with an itemized list of every aspect of the project. He talked me through every step of the process. They arrived promptly every morning and worked hard all day. He had projected three days to complete the project, but finished up before noon on the third day. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my new landscape. It is even better than what I imagined.

We are so happy! Juan designed our front flower beds in such a beautiful way. We love how it turned out. He has a great eye for these things, and explains each step in the process. He was very patient with us, always communicated in a timely manner and showed me what him and his team were doing so I was informed. We also had turf installed in our backyard, and it looks amazing. We're so grateful to Juan and his team. They showed up 5 days in a row, from sunrise to almost sunset, and did exactly what we agreed upon, and more! Juan and his team were amazing and easy to work with! He gives you great and honest recommendations and advice, helps you envision your space in another way, and he is a great communicator with timely responses. We had turf installed, added a moss border and did river rocks/pavers on both sides of the yard. The work that Juan and his team did is beautiful and we are loving our new backyard. Sod Installation
I hired CustomScapes to sod a good portion of our St. Augustine in the front yard and to install a sloping creek bed of rock to help with a drainage issue. Juan runs his business very professionally, He and his crew did an awesome job from beginning to end in one day. I now have a beautiful yard! Juan and the crew at Customscapes delivered in excess of expectations for our front yard transformation. From the demo of our existing landscaping to contracting 100% of the work required to re-pave a driveway, repair and extent a sprinkler system with the latest technology, grass and soil removal and instal and the incredible xeriscape design , We are beyond happy with our total experience and value. Juan isnâ t the cheapest but the workmanship is phenomenal. His attention to detail was evident in everything that went into this extensive project. Was completed on time and within budget.
