"Soto did my backyard landscape. First they trimmed my trees and a week later they came in and rotor tilted my backyard, put in new dirt and installed St Augustine grass . They also put in a rocks garden. They are bringing in river stones for my garden and they are putting river rocks alone my backyard fence. I have three neighbors and two friends that will be working with Soto in the future. My yard looks the best it has in 20 years."

"Epic Lawn Service evaluated my fixes: removed the 7ft. stump of a 90 year oak tree, filled in the hole and smoothed the earth to match the yard around it, repaired 30 ft. of chain link fence, raked up leaves scattered around the house and on the roof. Epic Lawn finished the job on time and with care. Terrific Team!"

"George and his crew did an AMAZING job. I had started the project, but due to an injury I wasn't able to complete it. Lone Star came out the same day (on time) for an estimate and then showed up the next day (on time) and knocked the project out. They also picked up some extra plants on their lunch hour for us. They took our ideas and brought them to life. I've already asked for estimates for some additional work. Highly reccommend this group!!!"

Small jobs welcome

"Decided to take a chance on this new company to remove kitchen appliances that were taking up space in my garage. This is a veteran owned, second generation enlisted Navy business. The prices were fair and the service prompt. Aaron picked up the items and took them to their donation destination. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs moving or removal services."

Small jobs welcome

"I cannot say enough great things about this lawn care company! They are absolutely amazing. They are always on time and stick to their scheduled dates. On the one occasion they couldn’t make it as planned, they called well in advance and kindly offered several options that worked around my schedule. That level of communication and professionalism is rare these days. Their pricing is very affordable, especially for the quality of work they provide. Usually you “get what you pay for,” but with this company you truly get above and beyond what you pay for. The attention to detail is incredible. The staff is friendly, trustworthy, and extremely talented. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They also run a very well-organized operation with top-tier equipment, which really shows in the final results. Hands down one of the best-run companies I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend!"

Leaf Removal questions, answered by experts

Unfortunately, lead dust does not look different from any other type of dust. You cannot detect it with the naked eye. To determine if you have lead dust in your home, you will need to hire a local company to take a sample from the paint and test it for you in a lab.

When a surface that contains lead dust is disturbed, the dust can float about in the air for roughly an hour before settling again. Since you cannot see the dust, it is important always to wear protective gear when working with any materials that may contain lead paint and to keep children, pets, and others away from the area for as long as possible

Exterior paint contains a higher level of VOCs, which can be dangerous if you’re exposed to it for a long period of time. The good news is that paint’s toxicity reduces significantly once fully dried and cured. Do not keep open exterior paint cans in your home, basement, or garage, exposing your household to harmful chemicals over time.

If lead is detected in a property, steps should include arranging for professional removal or containment, notifying all occupants, and implementing interim safety measures to reduce exposure.

You can sell a house with lead paint, but there are several requirements. If you are aware that lead paint exists anywhere in the home, you must disclose that to potential buyers. Required home inspections will often uncover lead paint, especially for older houses where lead paint may still be a problem. If you have taken steps to encapsulate lead, you should provide buyers with full documentation of the project so it won’t cause any problems later on.
